Items sold in this store are craft supplies used for making jewelry, apparel and sewing, and accessories. Items have small parts and are not intended for use by children under 12 years of age without adult supervision.
CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: The buyer is responsible for providing their correct shipping address. In accordance with PayPal’s policy, we can only ship to the address listed on the PayPal receipt. Please double-check that your address is correct. If an order is sent to the wrong address, the buyer needs to wait for the original package to be returned, and pay for the cost of reshipment before we can mail it to your correct address.
ORDER DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: Orders can be refunded or reshipped, either partially or in full, if items are damaged during shipping. The buyer needs to provide photos clearly showing the damaged item(s) and packaging material (bubble mailer or cardboard box). Please contact back2beads[at]gmail.com within 5 days if your item arrives damaged.
LOST SHIPMENTS: I have been using Canada Post as my sole shipping carrier since 2011, and most orders arrive within the estimated shipping time. Shipping delays can occur due to severe weather, customs clearance, mail processing issues, and other factors. Packages are not considered lost until 30 calendar days (Canada) or 40 calendar days (USA) after shipment. If you believe your order is lost, please contact me and we will work out a solution.
CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel an order, please email within 2 hours of purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Exchanges are not accepted, but you can return any product(s) in their original condition for a refund of the item cost. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the order for a refund request. If there are no problems with the product, but the buyer has changed their mind and wishes to return it, the buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed through PayPal.
